Associate Veterinarian ($100K SIGN-ON BONUS) Location: Lancaster, PA Salary: $180K- $220K + 21% Production + $100K Sign-On Bonus + $50K 1st Year Completion Incentive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, 4 weeks PTO, Holidays Job Type: Full-Time Typical Hours: 36 hours/week, flexible; one Saturday/month required (no overnights) Sponsorship: Not Available Relocation Assistance: Available Associate Veterinarian Description Our client in the veterinary care industry is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team in Lancaster, PA. In this role, you will provide high-quality, compassionate medical care while partnering closely with experienced technicians to ensure an efficient and positive client experience. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, exercises sound clinical judgment, and builds trust with pet owners. This practice offers modern equipment, mentorship, and a supportive environment for ongoing clinical growth. Associate Veterinarian Responsibilities • Examine, diagnose, and treat canine and feline patients • Advise pet owners on general care, nutrition, and preventive health • Manage sensitive or difficult client conversations with compassion • Operate diagnostic equipment and accurately interpret the results • Restore pet health by treating animals surgically or medically • Educate owners about the benefits of spaying and neutering • Ensure adherence to veterinary standards, ethics, and clinic policies • Prevent rabies, brucellosis, and other disorders by testing and providing inoculations • Complete all required medical records and documentation • Collaborate with technicians to optimize workflow • Report communicable diseases to public health authorities as required Associate Veterinarian Qualifications • DVM/VMD from an accredited program is required • Active veterinary license in good standing is required • 3+ years of experience as a practicing veterinarian is required • Willingness to work one Saturday per month is required
