Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join our team across one or more of our NYC Vet Group locations. In this role, you will: Deliver high-quality medical, surgical and preventive care to small animal (dog/cat) patients. Perform wellness exams, diagnostics, dental procedures, spay/neuter, soft-tissue surgery, etc. Communicate effectively with clients about diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive strategies. Collaborate with veterinary technicians, assistants, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care. Participate in on-call or extended hours coverage (depending on schedule). Contribute to our mission of compassionate, community-based care in a busy urban environment Qualifications DVM / VMD from an accredited veterinary school. Licensed (or eligible to be licensed) in New York State. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Empathy and skill working with fearful or anxious patients is a plus (we emphasize low-stress handling). Interest in community outreach, client education, or continuing education is welcome. There is no negative accrual but a general idea would be anywhere from $130,000 - $180,000 based on experience plus production bonuses.
