JOIN OUR TEAM: ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE

We are seeking an experienced Associate Vice President of Finance to join our Finance leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this senior role, you will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, manage the annual auditing process, and prepare monthly financial reports. You will also provide strategic financial analysis and comprehensive insights to support Senior Leadership and the Finance Committee of the Board. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, a deep understanding of financial operations and regulations, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders to drive key financial decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong knowledge of HUD, DDS, OSD, and UFR reporting regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
• Experience in managing software implementation projects is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master’s degree and / or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on nonprofit or agency finance.
