Accountabilities Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the platform product portfolio, beginning with mobile and core UX, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to ensure seamless product integration and delivery. Serve as a key member of the product leadership team, contributing to decision-making and fostering a high-performance culture. 10–12 years of experience in product management or technical leadership roles. 8+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s or MBA highly valued. Deep technical expertise in complex technology platforms, including system architectures, API integrations, cloud technologies, and software development processes. Strong ability to translate business and market trends into actionable product strategy and execution plans. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Data-driven decision-making skills and a strong understanding of user needs.
