The Associate Vice President/Vice President will be an integral member of TAG’s Australia & Defence and National Security Practices. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our growing portfolio of defense clients. The position will support the Australia Country Executive in close coordination with the US-based Defense and National Security Practice. The successful candidate will lead daily operations, communications, governance and industry engagement with a focus on crafting and leading market access and expansion campaigns, enhancing brand equity, and offering creative solutions.
Our ideal candidate will bring contemporary professional experience in the defense sector, preferably in both business or government, and must possess a strong grasp of Australia’s Naval and AUKUS-related defense industry, its defense capability and sustainment landscapes and processes, as well as the ability to convert this knowledge into actionable outcomes and recommendations for key clients.
Priority will be given to those applicants with demonstrated successful major procurement support, client and project management and business development proficiency with significant stakeholder engagement experience.
