Who You Are: We are seeking a motivated and commercially oriented Associate to Vice President to join the Capital Formation team within Galaxy Asset Management. This individual will focus primarily on supporting new capital raising and investor acquisition efforts across GAM’s alternative investment platform, including hedge funds, venture capital funds, co-investments, and other digital asset and fintech strategies. This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career who is eager to build experience in fundraising, investor outreach, and capital markets execution, working closely with senior capital formation professionals responsible for originating and closing institutional relationships. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in alternative investments and digital assets. This role is not entry-level and is primarily focused on driving and supporting new capital formation opportunities. What You’ll Do: Support new capital raising efforts across GAM’s hedge funds, venture funds, co-investments, and alternative strategies Assist senior team members with investor prospecting, targeting, outreach preparation, and follow-up related to active fundraising initiatives Prepare and maintain fundraising-focused materials, including pitch decks, teasers, DDQs, RFPs, and investor presentations Help manage fundraising pipelines, CRM systems, and capital raise tracking across strategies and investor segments Coordinate closely with investment and product teams to position strategies for new investor demand Participate in investor meetings, due diligence calls, and conferences in support of capital raises Conduct allocator, market, and competitive research to support new investor acquisition and strategy positioning Monitor investor feedback, fundraising progress, and market trends across crypto, fintech, hedge funds, venture capital, and alternative assets What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of experience in capital formation, fundraising, business development, investment banking, placement, asset management, or related roles Demonstrated interest in raising capital and supporting investor acquisition efforts, rather than pure client servicing Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support investor-facing fundraising conversations Highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent fundraising processes Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint Collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and take on increasing responsibility Bachelor’s degree required Vice President candidates should demonstrate experience supporting or managing portions of the fundraising process, including investor meetings, diligence coordination, and capital raise execution Bonus Points: Prior exposure to crypto, blockchain, or digital asset investment products Familiarity with institutional fundraising processes and regulatory considerations Series 7 and/or Series 65 Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) What We Offer: Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus Flexible Time Off (i.e. unlimited paid vacation days) Company paid Holidays (11) Company paid sick leave Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents 3% 401(k) company contribution Generous paid Parental Leave Free virtual coaching and counseling sessions through Headspace Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry Free daily snacks in-office Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues Employee Resource Groups Apply now and join us on our mission to engineer a new economic paradigm. The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives. Responsibilities
