PREFERRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

• Strong understanding of the Reformed Christian perspective and ability to communicate the university’s mission effectively to diverse communities.
• In-depth knowledge of sales communication, prospect development, personal engagement, and retention strategies, particularly in higher education.
• Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, data analysis, and organizational operations like HR and financial management.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, surveys, forecasting, demographics, metrics, and database management.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees with 10 years of leadership experience in university admissions and enrollment, including 5+ years in enrollment, recruitment, or a related sales role, preferably in higher education.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Understanding of Redeemer University (mission, values, and Reformed Christian identity)
