About the role We are looking for a fulltime client facing Associate for our clients Wealth Management Office. The role comes with Medical, 401k and more. What you'll do Responsibilities • Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests and communications. Manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for client meetings. Support advisors in delivering high-quality, personalized service. Collaborate with internal teams to improve client processes and outcomes. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional presence. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment. Prior experience in financial services or wealth management is a plus. Strong aptitude as a self- starter and problem solver Talent101 pays referral fees.
