Our future leaders work closely with partners and clients and help to shape what we do and how we do it – our latest opportunity in our Luxembourg Corporate team is the perfect platform for success.
We are looking for a talented and entrepreneurial Web3 Lawyer to join our Luxembourg corporate team. You will advise clients at the cutting edge of crypto-assets, blockchain, and fintech regulation, while also supporting the team on more general corporate and transactional matters.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the legal frameworks of the future while being part of a dynamic international law firm with a strong presence in corporate and regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities

• Advise on EU and Luxembourg regulatory frameworks applicable to digital assets, including MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation), DORA, AML/CFT requirements, and related financial services laws.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate crypto-related agreements (token issuance, custody, exchange, staking, investment, and financing arrangements).
  • Assist clients with licensing applications and regulatory engagement before the CSSF and other EU regulators.
  • Support on corporate structuring and governance for Web3 and fintech projects, including DAOs, tokenised funds, and blockchain-based ventures.
  • Work as part of the corporate team on broader mandates, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, reorganisations, and general corporate law matters.
  • Stay on top of market developments in blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, stablecoins, and tokenisation to provide proactive, strategic advice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across corporate, finance, funds, and dispute resolution teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Qualified lawyer in Luxembourg or another EU jurisdiction

  • 2–4 years’ experience in corporate, regulatory law or technology law. Prior exposure to crypto, fintech, or blockchain matters is a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks (MiFID II, AMLD5/6, MiCA, DORA, PSD2, etc.).
  • Demonstrated interest in Web3, digital assets, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent legal drafting and communication skills in English and French - German would be an asset.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
