Job Description We are seeking an experienced Associated Director - Projects Management to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee multiple high-stakes projects, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with organizational goals. Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies across the organization Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering their professional growth and enhancing overall team performance Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-faceted projects Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness Conduct regular project reviews and risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies Collaborate with senior leadership to align project objectives with organizational goals and strategies Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required Minimum of 18 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale projects Strong proficiency in project management software and tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions Outstanding leadership and team management abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management Solid understanding of risk management principles and techniques Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience in the construction, IT, or finance industry preferred Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
