Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Associated Manager to join our Project Assistance leadership team in Portfolio & Project Management. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of project assistants, ensuring their success and alignment with company and project goals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in people management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for projects and management.
Why do we need you? With our fast-growing department and the increasing demand for project management support in projects we need a new colleague in our management team. In your new role you will be managing both cross-disciplinary project assistant and help developing our department.

In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role:

  • Background in administration with a strong understanding of project execution, preferably within an engineering or consultancy company.
  • Diploma or BSc degree in Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in Dalux, including administration and daily operations.
  • Leadership experience in a similar role, with at least 5 years of people management experience, ideally in project management or engineering. Your leadership and team management skills enables to motivate and develop your team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Proven ability to drive results, manage priorities, and navigate complex organizational dynamics
