JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service orientation and be able to engage effectively with customers in a retail environment. As an Associate, you will play a vital role in driving sales, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
  • Experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred, particularly in technology-related products.
  • Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers confidently.
  • Proven time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
  • A keen interest in learning about new products and technologies to enhance sales efforts.
