We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new store at CF Carrefour Laval and are looking for enthusiastic applicants to join our team as Full-Time/Part-Time Sales and Stock Associates!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Greet all customers with enthusiasm and provide a friendly, professional, and engaging shopping experience.
• Assess customer needs by asking open-ended questions, offering personalized solutions, and leveraging strong product knowledge to guide purchase decisions.
• Stay informed on current promotions, new arrivals, and loyalty rewards to keep customers updated and enhance their experience.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and promote the Kiokii Loyalty Reward Membership Program.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term brand loyalty.
• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damages.
• Organize and maintain inventory in both stockrooms and on the sales floor, ensuring products are properly labelled, priced, and displayed.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Support timely replenishment of products to the sales floor to maximize product availability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including both sales floor and stock areas.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
