Il s’agit d’une excellente occasion de faire partie d’une équipe en expansion qui fournit des pièces de rechange pour l’équipement minier mobile lourd à divers clients à l’international, ainsi qu’à nos autres usines de fabrication en Ontario. À propos du poste : L’associé(e) d’entrepôt est responsable du déchargement, du rangement, de la préparation et de la mise en scène des matériaux et des pièces, tout en offrant un service à la clientèle professionnel et de qualité à tous les clients internes et externes. Les compétences suivantes sont requises : * Déplacement des matériaux et maintien de l’ordre dans l’entrepôt. * Chargement, déchargement, expédition et réception des marchandises de façon sécuritaire. * Préparation, emballage et vérification des commandes selon les listes de prélèvement. * Gestion des pièces, matériaux et documentation dans les systèmes internes. * Approvisionnement de la production en matériel et suivi des pièces dans le processus. * Vérification de l’exactitude des commandes, inventaires et identifications des pièces. * Entreposage adéquat des produits et sécurisation des palettes/conteneurs. * Participation aux inventaires cycliques et inspections hebdomadaires. * Maintien d’un environnement de travail sécuritaire, propre et conforme aux normes 5S. Profil recherché : Le candidat retenu devra faire preuve d'un esprit d'équipe positif et d'une grande ouverture d'esprit, ainsi que d'excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion du temps. Une volonté d'apprendre, le souci du détail et de solides aptitudes techniques sont également requis. Ce poste implique la résolution pratique de problèmes (en usine et sur le terrain) ainsi que la réalisation d'analyses approfondies à l'aide de divers logiciels, notamment Microsoft Excel et Microsoft Dynamics AX. Le candidat retenu devra avoir une solide compréhension de la manière d'aborder les problèmes avec différents interlocuteurs et de s'orienter stratégiquement vers la solution. About the Position: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for off-loading, put-away, picking and staging of material and parts while providing professional quality customer service to all internal and external customers. The following proficiencies are required: * Moving materials and maintaining order in the warehouse. * Safely loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving goods. * Preparing, packing, and verifying orders according to picking lists. * Managing parts, materials, and documentation in internal systems. * Supplying production with materials and tracking parts throughout the process. * Verifying the accuracy of orders, inventories, and part identifications. * Properly storing products and securing pallets/containers. * Participating in cycle counts and weekly inspections. * Maintaining a safe, clean work environment that complies with 5S standards.
