EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
  • Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Excellent cooking skills with a passion for food presentation and flavour development.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop new menu items and specials that reflect current culinary trends.
  • Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.
