• Assist in supervising cleaners on assigned shifts.
• Help schedule daily work assignments and rotations.
• Ensure staff are properly trained on cleaning procedures and use of equipment.
• Conduct inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness is up to standard
• Report and follow up on deficiencies or issues found during inspections.
• Ensure cleaning work adheres to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning consumables and tools. Request re-stocking of supplies
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Check that cleaning machines and tools are in good working condition. Report faulty equipment to maintenance or supervisor
• Ensure equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
