Labcorp is seeking Assistant Data Programmers to join the Data Program team at Brigade Twin Towers, Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore. Work Schedule Rotational Shift 5:30 am to 2:30 pm IST 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm IST 5-day working model Job Responsibilities The role requires strict adherence to all departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions, as well as timely completion of all mandatory training. The incumbent is expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder requirements and maintain proficiency in Informatica‑related tools, including Panther and other relevant applications. Key responsibilities include executing assigned tasks within the designated turnaround time while ensuring high-quality output through thorough quality checks. Capable of working with multiple interruptions (multi-tasking). Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely and professional manner under demanding conditions. The role involves investigating programming or process-related issues as needed, identifying root causes, providing resolutions, and implementing corrective actions. Administrative activities related to task execution must also be handled efficiently. The position requires continuous monitoring, tracking, and management of assigned activities to ensure timely completion. Establishing strong communication and rapport with stakeholders is essential, as is providing prompt responses to stakeholder and management queries. The individual must also generate and submit required metrics and reports upon request from management. In addition, the role includes supporting the training and onboarding of new programmers and providing mentorship to fellow team members. The incumbent may also be expected to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Point of Contact (POC) for specific activities. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Technology Current or Prior LabCorp Apprentice experience. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Biotechnology or Biochemistry More than 6 months of relevant experience in Panther Additional Job Standards Strong interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to plan and organize High attention to detail and focus on quality Demonstrated ability to collaborate Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Flexible and able to work under tight timelines.
