The Assistant Director of CON Marketing develops and executes integrated marketing strategies that elevate the reputation of the USF College of Nursing and drive targeted audiences to take intended actions. This role provides day-to-day leadership and execution of marketing initiatives, including social media, digital marketing, website management, content marketing, and external events. The Assistant Director also leads enrollment marketing efforts in close partnership with the Office of Student Affairs, working to develop a deep understanding of the prospective student journey and helping to increase enrollment through engaging communication streams. Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Assistant Director works collaboratively to execute the vision outlined in the Office of Marketing and Communications strategic plan and to advance the College’s institutional priorities.
