Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Assistant Director will assist to lead, develop and implement strategic plans, and provide operational oversight of the hospital’s Total Workplace Safety and Health (TWSH) management system, to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for the hospital workforce.
In addition, The Assistant Director will oversee the operations in the Occupational Health Clinic (OHC), so as to provide seamless service to internal stakeholders, and ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of our workforce.
