JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our high-volume restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with expertise in front-of-house and back-of-house. Catering and/or bartending experience is also a plus! This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for high-quality food, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality while fostering a positive work environment for all staff.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cash handling practices and financial management.
  • Experience in catering operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with food production processes and culinary techniques.
  • Excellent understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
