Lead must be the supply chain face for holding network together for the category and collaborate with customer marketing, planning, and R&D teams continuously. In depth understanding is very critical for all the landing of projects along with stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities -Drive the innovation and renovation networks as per the the Innoflex process of Unilever. - Well versed with Project Management process and softwares like MS Projects etc. - Hold individuals of network team accountable for their responsibilities & timely execution. - Efficient Stakeholder management for smooth network/project execution. - Understand the supplychain end to end for better understanding of constraints in network. Key KPIs: • Innovation OTIF • Service • Cost KPIs Key Stakeholders: • Category Teams- Marketing, Customer Marketing • Factory teams • Planning- Central Demand, Supply and Distribution Planning teams, Planning Excellence, • BD and BB teams • Category & SC Finance • Procurement • R&D.
