Reporting to the Director, CHI Management Office, the Assistant / Manager (Business & Finance Analyst) will help to drive the financial strategy, analytics, and data-driven decision-making to support CHI’s mission of transforming healthcare through innovation. Combining deep financial expertise with advanced business intelligence capabilities, the Analyst will help to shape the budgeting strategy, optimise financial resources, and provide the leadership team with actionable insights to achieve organizational objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MFin, or similar) is strongly preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial strategy, business intelligence, or related roles, preferably in a healthcare or innovation-focused organization.
  • Demonstrated success in leading financial planning and data analytics initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
  • Expertise in data storytelling, turning complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare finance, innovation funding, and business models is preferred
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
