Description
Job Profile: Maintain employee records in both physical and digital formats, in accordance with NABH standards. Responsible to maintain Credentialing and privileging of Clinician and tracker for valid registration for clinician and Nursing department Ensure Vaccination of all Hospital staff & contractual staff, and maintain a tracker to be shared on a weekly basis. Responsible for maintaining MIS, conducting exit interviews, and tracking attrition data. Assisting to HR Head for Creating and implementing policies and procedures that meet the organization's goals Calculate and generate challans for PF, ESIC, and PT, and ensure timely remittance. Ensure monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual returns as applicable under statutory compliance under labour law Preparing statutory registers under all applicable labour laws.
