Description
What you’ll do: Provide support to manage the overall positive Industrial Relations in the factory, sound knowledge in Labour laws, hands on experience in managing statutory and non statutory compliances. Participated & handled court cases, conciliations, legal documnetations, legal proceedings/ procedures/ formalities. Thorough knowledge in Domestic enquiry procedures, coordinating enquiries, acted as a Management representative in enquiry proceedings. Drafting varoius disciplinary notices and legal replies. Represented the company before various Conciliatrity & Judicial forums, liasoning with Govt officials. Handled various kinds of IR disturbances in the factory like Strike, Gherao, Dharna, Go slow, Black batck wearing etc also taken positive / alternate method of actions to control IR situation. Support to mainitain discipline at the shop floor by applying appropritate actions. Handled PF & ESI matters and participated/represented the company in the PF & ESI enquiry proceedings. Command in local langualge - able to read, write and speak in the local language (Tamil). 1. Attending court case hearings, conciliation proceedings, representing before various Govt authorities with respect to legal matters 2. Maintaining all the legal & statutory documents 3. Ensuring 100% compliance with respect to statutory matters 4. Liasoning with the Govt officilas & PR with the local community 5. Maintaining cordial relationship with employees & employee's representatives, understanding shop floor pulse and acting accordingly 6. Initiating disciplinary actions against the erring employees as per standing order & rules and regulations of the company 7. Providing proper support to the employees with respect to welfare measures such as insurance, PF, ESI matters 8. Supporting the ER manager to formulate and execute ER startegies in line with dynamics of the factory 9. Drafting disciplinary action letters, legal replies, management replies to Govt authorities 10. Translating & Drafting letters in local language (Tamil) Qualifications: Education - MBA / MSW HR Experience - 8 to 12 years Skills: Hands on experience with respect to Court cases, Conciliations Disciplinary procedures, IR acumne & expertise etc Command in local language (Read, Write & Speak) Good communication Interpersonnel relationship & Influencing skills Sound knowledge in labour laws & Statutory requirements
