Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables -Drawing study, Cost estimation / SBC, process planning for new project parts. - RFQ floating, Technical sign-off with suppliers, Quote synthesis- Release PO, PR in the system & commercial data maintenance- New component development for Casting /Machining within QCD targets.- VPPAP closure, scheduling & procurement - Liasoning with various departments (SSU, QA, SCPC, Mfg, PMO)Experience 3-5yearsIndustry Preferred Qualifications Btech MechanicalGeneral Requirements Ability to speak + read + write fluently in English and local language -Ability to design and develop economical manufacturing process to produce FTR components-Needs to be proficient in drawing evaluation and must have strong engineering expertise in relevant commodity - Machining process knowledge & cycle time estimation for Forging & Machining ,Hardware components- Process capability study , SPC ,MSA- Computer proficient and operating knowledge of SAP-Must have strong interpersonal skills and influencing skills - Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment- Commercial & financial acumen
