[What the role is] What the role is: You will play a crucial role in strengthening governance frameworks for NAC’s funding initiatives (grants, partnerships and commissions). This role will also involve funding policy development, process optimisation and compliance monitoring. The role is essential in ensuring accountability and effectiveness of NAC’s funding initiatives [What you will be working on] What you will be working on: 1. Drive and manage governance frameworks for NAC’s funding initiatives. This includes developing and maintaining documentation on SOPs, toolkits and guidelines for grant administration processes. 2. Work closely with Internal Audit to review and strengthen internal controls, implement recommendations and track resolution of audit observations. 3. Coordinate external audit exercise on funded recipients. This includes working with appointed external auditors and Internal Audit on audit scope, reviewing outcomes of audit and recommending process/policy improvements to strengthen governance. 4. Strengthen organisational governance of arts charities through development of organisational health framework and/or other relevant capability development programmes. 5. Manage Our Sg Grants (OSG) portal, which includes supporting both internal and external stakeholders in using the system and driving process improvements. 6. Track and manage funding data, and relevant data analysis work. [What we are looking for] What we are looking for: 1. Experience in handling data, data analytics and/or managing systems preferred. 2. Experience in grant management or governance issues, risk management and compliance matters are preferred. 3. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. 4. Track record of working with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills such as empathy, persuasion, and negotiation. 5. Strong analytical skills and judgement. 6. Meticulous and organised, with a process-oriented working style.
