Description

Position Overview: The Asst Manager Membership (Sales) will be responsible for the acquisition, retention, and overall satisfaction of members within the Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry. The role includes sourcing potential members, promoting services, engaging with current and prospective members, and supporting membership-related activities. The Membership Asst Manager will be proactive in meeting monthly membership targets and ensuring that members are aware of, and engaged in, the various events and services the Chamber offers.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Be mobile and available to travel both internally and externally for SICCI activities, including meetings with potential members, events etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in membership management, sales, or customer relations, preferably within a TAC’s or similar organization.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable with event coordination and on-site support.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Full-time position with some evening and weekend work required for events.
  • Travel required for internal and external events.
  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with international networking.
