[What the role is] Strategise and implement audience development and engagement plans for the NAC, with a focus on expanding and deepening NAC's connection with diverse audience segments, ultimately driving arts advocacy. [What you will be working on] Strategy Development & Implementation Support in the implementation of comprehensive audience development and arts advocacy strategies Monitor and analyse audience trends and behaviour change as a result of NAC’s efforts and audience’s deepening engagement with the arts Data & Analytics Conduct trend analysis across different artforms and audience segments to identify patterns in audience behaviour and engagement levels Stakeholder Management Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and across the arts ecosystem. Coordinate with marketing and programming teams at AHL for NAC-Commissioned projects such as SIFA and SWF.
