Responsibilities Plan a production schedule for the job Implement and control the production schedule Review and adjust the schedule where needed Determine the human resources required Determine the material resources required Manage human and material resources to meet production targets Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification, and procurement Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures Set product quality standards Monitor quality standards of products Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems Determine and implement improvements to the production process Prepare and maintain production reports Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions forimprovement Estimate production costs Set production budgets Manage production budgets Implement cost control programs Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments includingprocurement, distribution, and management Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior managementany quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrenceof the problem Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business. Qualifications Min. S1, D3 Able to bridge/communicate between internal cross-functional groups and also external such as customers. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve production issues effectively. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, track performance, and identify areas for improvement. Relevant experience in a PCBA manufacturing environment (SMT, Backend and Box Build Lines). Able to accomplish tasks timely, and can work under pressure. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Familiar with Production Headcount allocation, Production targets (Productivity and Quality aspects). Familiar with WIP and Materials inventory control in the shop floor. Minimum 5 years experience as Production Asst. Manager / Manager. IATF16949, ISO9001,ISO14001, ISO45001 Navision or equivalent system MES System Technical Knowledge: Excellent understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes and materials. Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, manage, and guide Production Team. Organizational Skills: Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
