Key Responsibilities

* Assist and respond to customer inquiries, both *in-store and online*.

* Handle *basic checkout and cashiering responsibilities*, including payment processing and transaction handling.

* Maintain overall *store cleanliness, organization, and presentation*.

* Assist with *basic visual merchandising* to maintain an attractive and well-presented store environment.

* Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.

* Support daily store operations and other tasks as required.

Requirements

* Previous experience in *retail, fashion, apparel, or customer service* is an advantage.

* Good verbal and written *communication skills*.
