Responsibilities: * Achievement of sales target set. * Instill a high standard of friendly, professional customer service. * Work hand in hand with the Area Manager in the employment of high caliber sales staff and the maintenance of adequate staffing levels. * Implementation of an efficient in-store training program. * Efficient organization and operation of the shop. * Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times. Education & Experience: * Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills. * Candidate must possess at least a SPM /STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field. * Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented. * At least 3 year(s) of working experience in retail / F&B industry. * Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level. * Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays). * Full/ Part-Time positions available.
