Responsibilities: * Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues. * Motivate & train staffs on company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills. * Come up with strategy to achieve sales target. * Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc). * Provide professional services to customers. Education & Experience: * Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills. * Candidate must possess at least a SPM /STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field. * Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented. * Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays). * Full/ Part-Time positions available.

The Assistant Supervisor will support the store manager by handling staff administration, including hiring, scheduling, and welfare, while also training the team on policies, customer service, and sales techniques. This role is also responsible for developing strategies to meet sales targets and generating required operational reports.
