JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students. This role involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the diverse needs of all learners, including those with special needs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; certification in teaching preferred.
  • Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Montessori methods or other alternative education approaches is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students and parents.
  • Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Experience in behavior management techniques and classroom experience is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of literacy education, math instruction, curriculum development, and special education strategies is beneficial.
