JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Assistant Vice President (AVP) – CRM to lead the development, execution, and optimization of customer relationship strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer engagement, loyalty, retention, and satisfaction by leveraging CRM systems, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is critical in aligning customer experience with business objectives and ensuring a seamless journey across all touchpoints.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 20+ years of experience in CRM or customer experience roles, with at least 15 years in a leadership position
  • Proven expertise in CRM tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho CRM, etc.) and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in customer segmentation, campaign management, and performance tracking
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in the UAE/GCC market preferred

    Pay: AED80,000.00 - AED100,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the CRM strategy to enhance customer lifecycle management, engagement, and retention
  • Lead the CRM team and manage end-to-end CRM operations, including campaign planning, automation, and customer segmentation
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and IT teams to ensure integrated and consistent customer communication
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to provide actionable insights for business growth and personalized experiences
  • Own the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot) including its configuration, integration, and performance
  • Define KPIs and track the effectiveness of CRM initiatives (conversion rates, CLV, churn, etc.)
  • Work closely with analytics teams to build dashboards and regular reporting for leadership
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance with UAE data protection regulations and international best practices
  • Stay updated with CRM and customer experience trends and technologies, driving continuous improvement
