What will your typical day look like?
As part of Deloitte’s Treasury & Risk Assurance service line you will be joining a high-performing specialist team that provides advice to clients in relation to treasury activities including treasury and derivatives trading risk management, financial instruments valuations, internal audit of treasury and derivatives trading functions, hedging, financial model building and validation, to name just a few. Our clients range from ASX200 listed companies, to large global corporates, financial institutions and governments. Are you in?
About the team
Our financial services (banking, insurance and superannuation) client service offerings to Australia’s largest publicly owned companies, global corporations, private businesses and three tiers of government are delivered by a team of specialists through advisory and audit channels. Our differentiated support covers all aspects of treasury and financial risk management including governance controls, regulatory advice, accounting for derivatives, treasury technology, global cash management, outsourced accounting, model validation, credit provisioning, insurance validation and internal/audit support across these areas.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You are a confident student with an insatiable appetite for learning new things and have:
A Commerce degree majoring in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science or a combination (completing in 2025 or recently completed)
An analytical mindset, strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
A keen eye for detail and meticulous approach to your work
Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work well in a team environment
Australian PR or Australia/NZ citizenship
