About the Role As an HR Business Partner, you will be a key partner in driving the company's people strategy, supporting leadership, and managing HR processes end-to-end. You will be instrumental in building a strong, collaborative, and high-performing team while working in a global, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting managers on all HR-related matters, including employee lifecycle, performance management, and organizational development. Develop and implement HR processes, policies, and programs that align with the company's business goals. Support the building of a strong company culture and employee engagement initiatives. Collaborate with global stakeholders and lead HR activities in a multi-regional, international environment. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and HR best practices. Manage day-to-day HR operations to support the growing needs of the organization. Requirements 4–5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or a similar role in a startup company. Experience in global environments and working with multi-national teams. Strong expertise in HR processes, employee relations, and coaching managers. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English – verbal and written communication is a must. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Previous experience in a Cyber startup – a strong advantage.
