Vantage Engineering is a fast-growing independent Aston Martin specialist based in Rudgwick on the West Sussex/Surrey border. We work on the restoration and servicing of classic and modern Aston Martins in a clean and bright environment.

We’re looking to recruit an enthusiastic technician. Dedication and a good work ethic are more important to us than a highly developed existing skill set, as training will be offered in the following areas:

• TIG/MIG welding
• Vehicle wiring
• Vehicle servicing
• Complex fault diagnostic and repair
• Engine building
• General fabrication

At least 3 years of previous experience in the motor industry are required.
