GMP省令遵守のもと製造オペレーターとして検査・包装業務を実施し、顧客から信頼される品質の製品の安定供給に貢献する。 ⚫ アストラゼネカグローバル基準Q&CM及び米原工場SOPを遵守し、安定した高品質の医薬品を生産（検査･包装）するために製造ぺレーターとして担当する生産ラインの生産業務をリードする。 ⚫ 担当する生産ラインの作業員と密接な連繋を図り、継続的に作業改善を実施し、品質クレーム低減及び生産性の向上を行う。 ⚫ 担当するラインの生産に関わるGMP 文書の作成･改訂をサポートする。 ⚫ 確実な製造記録を作成するとともに、Doc エラーゼロに努める。 ⚫ 担当する生産ラインのTPM活動に主体的に参画する。 ⚫ 設備の安全に関するリスクを把握し、生産作業及び点検作業時に適切な作業を行う。 ⚫ 日常点検計画に基づき、日次・週次・月次点検を実施する。 ⚫ 設備点検計画に基づき、保守・点検作業のサポートを行う。 ⚫ 逸脱/品質異常発生時、状況を保持し、シフトリーダー、チームリーダー、生産マネジャー、製造責任者に迅速且つ適切に報告し、原因調査に協力する。また合意された担当CAPA の実施を期限内に行う。 ⚫ 担当するラインの生産性向上（OEE/Productivity）の取り組みをサポートし、担当アクションの実施を期限内に行う。 ⚫ OJT 計画に従い、計画された資格を計画通り取得する。 ⚫ OJT 計画に従い、教育者として担当したOJT を計画通り教育を行う。 ⚫ GMP を含めた法的要求事項へ対応する。 ⚫ グローバルSHE ポリシー等の社内スタンダード・関連法規を順守する。 ※OS剤（経口剤）チーム配属想定【経験/Experience】 - 必須/Mandatory 製造業における製造オペレーターのご経験 - 歓迎/Nice to have GMP管理下での製造・品質管理/品質保証に関する業務経験医薬品工場で製造に従事した経験生産作業に係る記録、文書、報告書等の作成【能力/Skill-set】 -必須/Mandatory 生産（検査・包装）作業の知識及び能力生産設備機器の操作知識及び能力 PC一般操作(Word､Excel､PowerPoint) 生産機器に関する一般的な知識コミュニケーション能力 -歓迎/Nice to have GMP管理下での業務経験医薬品の取扱いに関する知識英語問題解決能力リーダーシップ能力【語学 /Languages】 - 必須/Mandatory 日本語 -歓迎/Nice to have 英語 : 基礎レベル Date Posted 24-10月-2025 Closing Date 29-11月-2025 AstraZeneca embraces diversity and equality of opportunity. Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will lead production operations on assigned lines to ensure high-quality pharmaceutical products are produced in compliance with GMP regulations. You will collaborate closely with line operators to implement continuous improvements and support documentation related to production processes.
