We are looking for passionate, agile, dynamic, and inspiring Newly Qualified Social Workers to join our Children’s Services. If you are a Newly Qualified Social Workers with experience in the field of children and family social work, then come with us on a fantastic journey to change children’s lives.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, ability to problem solve, and passion for using a strengths-based approach to assist families to make sustainable changes. You’ll be motivated, resilient and able to work under pressure and in a busy environment.
It is essential that you have Dip SW, CQSW, or recognised equivalent professional qualification.

Luton Council has been selected to deliver the government’s Families First for Children Pathfinder programme.
Luton is one of seven new areas in the second wave to be chosen with the aim of protecting vulnerable children from harm and improving services to help more children stay with their families in safe and loving homes.
