AT&T ACCOUNT ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal is plus
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
  • Comfort with multitasking
  • Experience with wireless devices is a bonus
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is an asset, but not required

Responsibilities
  • Understand the wireless options available by working with lead AT&T Account Assistants and attending training to quickly advance in product knowledge
  • Use that knowledge obtained to work with customers on their devices, find plans that work best for them and begin managing their accounts
  • Assist with sales orders and follow ups with each customer
  • Track sales metrics and generate reports to understand areas of improvement and upgrades available
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customers needs are met in a timely manner
  • Build trusts with customers by supporting them and managing their accounts with care and diligence
