AT&T ASSOCIATE POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated AT&T Associate to join our team. As an AT&T Associate, you will be responsible for helping businesses leverage the full potential of AT&T’s cutting-edge telecommunication services. The AT&T Associates primary focus will be to support our sales and consultation efforts, offering expert advice, building lasting relationships with clients, and ensuring businesses can rely on the most effective solutions to meet their needs.

AT&T Associate Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing business owners to provide top-notch business sales and consultation services.
  • Identify customers needs, tailor telecommunications solutions, and deliver recommendations that elevate their operations.
  • Provide businesses with comprehensive knowledge of AT&T’s services and products, offering clear guidance on which solutions best fit their unique requirements.
  • Manage the sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and providing post-sale support.
  • Collaborate with fellow AT&T Associates to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Track customer feedback, monitor account performance, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and AT&T’s latest product offerings to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
  • Provide ongoing support to businsess, ensuring they receive exceptional service and experience continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in B2B sales, telecommunications, or technology industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Familiarity with AT&T products and services is a plus.
