AT&T B2B Representatives are essential in building constructive relationships and delivering clear messaging to connect our clients to local business customers. In the AT&T B2B Representative role, you will develop a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and sales trends within the market to provide solutions and impact the consumer perspective.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE AT&T B2B REPRESENTATIVE:

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales
  • A high school diploma is required; Education in Business, Communications, Operations Management, or a similar field is preferred
  • Professional and personable communication skills
  • Reliability in time management and completion of tasks, both independently and collaboratively with the AT&T B2B Representative team
  • An interest in ongoing development of client business, sales, and service practices
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with business customers to prompt customer interest and ensure sales results
  • Identify customer needs by discussing their current telecommunications setup and their quality of experience
  • Recommend sales solutions that align with customer goals by introducing relevant features of client products and services
  • Work alongside internal teams and other AT&T B2B Representatives to improve sales processes and contribute to ongoing improvements
