Description

We are currently hiring for an AT&T Customer Associate position to support our team as we continue to expand in the telecommunications industry. This AT&T Customer Associate role is designed to provide hands-on experience in sales, client relations, and business operations as we expand brand awareness for the services we offer.
The AT&T Customer Associate will work directly with customers on behalf of our telecommunications clients and service them with wireless solutions. The AT&T Customer Associate role responsibilities will include learning all aspects of the sales process, providing product and service information, and supporting daily business functions. The AT&T Customer Associate team member will also participate in ongoing training to continue skill development in this role and take on management responsibilities.

AT&T CUSTOMER ASSOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience working in a leadership role or customer service is a plus
  • Full-time availability
  • Interest in sales, customer service, expanding skills into management and in the telecommunications industry is a bonus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges

    Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
