AT&T CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE SKILLS:

• Actively communicate with business owners to share with them the products and services that are available to them within their area
• Process business orders accordingly based on the service they are requesting; Continue the process by tracking and managing the account, delivery, and activation of service
• Work with our team to collaborate on ways to enhance the customer and business experience
• Use the guidebook and product knowledge training to understand the new services available creating a diversity of skillsets and expertise in the tech field to be able to answer all questions
• Participate in team product training meetings to know when there are promotions and upgrades available
