AT&T Sales Associate Responsibilities
Deliver a captivating customer experience in a business setting when customers are looking to
immerse themselves in the latest services offered by our client by actively listening and engaging
is services available to them
Establish rapport with customers by educating them of what is available directly to them that
helps our clients increase their ROI and our customers decrease their spend
Assist our customers needs by servicing them with the right solutions and only upselling when
applicable
Be a part of a customer’s full experience from the start of the initial education and service quote to
the end of the full sales cycle which includes device in hand
Learn how to manage multiple customer accounts at a time to be efficient in daily work flow
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business initiatives
Help monitor and report on key performance metrics for effective management
AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications
Experience in a customer service, sales, brand awareness or prior entry level management /
leadership position is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work with customers directly in a business setting
Work collaboratively and manage time effectively
Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities with the daily role
Position Overview:
This position is a full time employment position located in Lubbock, TX. This position is Monday-Saturday

with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face to face role with customers and business owners.

  • Pay: 100% commission - $40-$300 per scale. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per
  • day per employee.

Clients & Products: We work with AT&T promoting and signing up new customers and
businesses for their wireless and internet services
