POSITION OVERVIEW

We are hiring AT&T Brand Representatives to join our growing sales and marketing team. This is a full-time, face-to-face role where you will represent AT&T in retail locations and small businesses throughout the Raleigh area. You’ll engage directly with customers, explain available services, and support them in choosing plans that best fit their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Represent AT&T telecommunications services in retail stores or local small businesses (B2C & B2B campaigns)
  • Build relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions
  • Educate customers on AT&T’s wireless, internet, and TV products
  • Assist in setting up new accounts and managing existing customer needs
  • Drive new customer acquisitions by promoting products that match customer needs
  • Support AT&T’s brand management through professional advertising, marketing, and customer engagement
  • Provide customer account management, including answering product questions and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  • Work closely with team leads and managers to meet campaign goals
