At Echelon, Our mission is to provide Internet, wireless, and direct entertainment services to eligible and interested customers in the area. As a business and consulting firm, we work with AT&T to bring service awareness and product advancements to customers in the Anaheim area. We are looking to expand our team by bringing on an AT&T Sales Trainee to continue to support our expansion.
As an AT&T Sales Trainee, you will be trained to learn sales fundamentals, customer engagement, and all product offers to be an expert in this role. The AT&T Sales Trainee will work with team members to train on customer service, how to process sales orders, and how to troubleshoot accounts so that you are efficient when working with customers one on one. This AT&T Sales Trainee role is ideal for someone who is ready to learn more about sales and management while also being the primary point of contact for any potential and current customers.

AT&T Sales Trainee Responsibilities:

• As a AT&T Sales Trainee you will act as a primary representative of AT&T’s wireless, Internet, and entertainment services
• Train with team to develop and broaden skills in both customer service and sales to assist customers be knowledgeable in this role
• Communicate directly with customers to educate them and recommend personalized service solutions
• Learn and implement best practices for acquiring and retaining customers and creating a superior customer experience
• Achieve and exceed sales, goals, and targets with team members
• Assist in training, coaching, and leading new sales representatives while you continue to develop your skill sets

AT&T Sales Trainee Qualifications / Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A self starter mentality with a desire to lead and learn more about sales
• The ability to thrive in a goal, orientated, fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in sales, customer relations, customer service, retail, and hospitality

Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,200.00 per month
