JOB TITLE: ATA/NVQ SENIOR PANEL TECHNICIAN

Due to new work provision, Stevens Collision Repair Specialists are recruiting. We are on the lookout for an ATA/NVQ Senior Panel Technician to join us. Based in Market Drayton, North Shropshire, Stevens Collision Repair Specialists are manufacturer approved for Toyota, Lexus and all Stellantis Brand vehicles. We are an NFU SELECT repairer and insurance approved for Axa, Trinity, Covea and Direct Line Group.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To repair or replace, as necessary, bodywork panels of damaged vehicles according to the instructions received or details on the job card. Applications will be considered from candidates who are semi-skilled or time served.

MAIN TASKS:

· Dismantle and repair damaged vehicles by either repairing damaged panels or by replacing those beyond repair. All equipment & tools used will be operated as per the instructions, level of qualification and to the prescribed safety standards.
· Adhere to the manufacturer’s methods, to the repair and to the replacement of vehicle panels.
· Handle all vehicles with due care and attention ensuring that customer care/satisfaction is maintained at all times, keeping all tools and equipment safe and in a clean, workable condition.
· To be aware of and adhere to all the Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations and policies applicable to your position and working environment.

OTHER DUTIES:

Due to the size and complexity of the establishment you will undertake any other reasonable tasks or duties that are deemed to be within your capability, as directed by a senior manager to whom you have a reporting relationship.
