Job Details Job Location: TX - Arlington, TX 76006 Essential Functions: Perform wound care by cleaning and dressing the wound; and observation of the wound, and take pictures of the patients wound during each visit and report to the attending Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Alert the attending Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to any change in the patients wound by calling them and sending pictures of the wound. Assess and document the conditions of the wound to be reported to the Provider for their updates on the status of the wound. Qualifications Job Responsibilities: Assessment, Documentation, Infection Control, and Monitoring & Reporting of Wound Care. Job Qualifications: Education: Registered Nurse specialized in Wound Care License: Wound Care Technician Certified (WCT-C) title and verifiable online at www.woundcarenurses.org. Experience: One to two years experience Skills Lab: Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) Dressing, Wound culture technique, Compression therapy, Aseptic dressing change technique, Circulation assessment utilizing Doppler and wound measurement technique.
Responsibilities
