QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school/GED - A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of 3 years’ progressive experience in a related field
• Associate-level certifications
• Local to St. Louis area

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Fundamental understanding of data center operations, networking and servers
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Ability to lift between 5-50 pounds regularly
• Ability to handle Walk Ups and Direct Messages regarding tasks
• Knowledge and understanding of infrastructure components.
• Must be familiar with data center industry standards regarding structured cabling and in-rack

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

The Lab Technician Lead will have early career direct reports who provide hands on support for all users and owners of
physical equipment within the ATC Datacenters. This role will report to the Data Center Operations Manager. This role is
typically training and assisting new team members, coaching, writing reviews, enforcing quality standards and serving as point
of escalation for priority tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the ATC Datacenters
• Serves as Point of escalation for ATC Data Center Operations Technicians & Admins
• Coaches and mentors team
• Develops procedures, work instructions, and other job aids that are critical to project execution.
• Triage ticket queue to verify documentation needed to stage the devices according to customer specification
• Coordinates with management to identify solutions for problems, task management, resource requirements, and trainingneeds
• Ensures personnel are equipped to meet project tasks and identifies potential problems that will prohibit productivity anddelay deadlines.
• Responsible for the completion of tickets, ongoing quality of the work, ensure standards and delivery methodologies arebeing followed, appropriate resources are available to meet the current and future demands of the project
